Role Summary: Demonstrate leadership in developing sales, contracts and customer partnerships. In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to grow the sales of our Instrumentation and sensors product portfolio, develop and execute a business strategy and provides accurate business forecast.
Promote and grow the GE M&C Measurement Solutions sales for Flowmeters, Gas and Moisture on-line analyzers and Pressure products in the assigned territory
Outline, make hands-on demonstration, and sell the value of products and services that can benefit to customer needs
Manage the sales proposal process from opportunity identification through contract
Lead deal strategy development and reviews, ultimately obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, delivery, and other commercial terms for specific sales proposals
Understand customers CTQs and application, identify opportunities and execute strategy to grow their business
Develop and maintain a customer preference relationship toward GE
Accountable for direct sales to the customers and eventually indirect sales made by Channel Partners
Assume overall responsibility for customer satisfaction
Available to travel 75% of the working time
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with significant experience in a sales position)
Significant relevant working experience
Knowledge of industrial instrumentation market (Flowmeters, Gas Analyzers, Pressure instruments and sensors)
Fluent in German and English; Polish language skills are a plus
EU Work Permit
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Time management skills and ability to perform under pressure
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
