Role Summary:
Site Planner - work location on a project (TBC)

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Generate, update and maintain the Site STS for all site activities, under guidance of the Lead Site Planner,

  • Assist the Lead Site Planner to prepare guidelines for site reporting and coordination,

  • Integrate detailed subcontractor and partners schedule activities into the STS with proper alignment, structure, coding and weighting,

  • Ensure realistic actual and forecast dates and progress measurement input to the STS,

  • Coordinate and monitor the Subcontractor schedules, and ensure proper interfacing between the various subcontractor, consortium partner and GE schedules,

  • Provide inputs to the Lead Site Planner for Master Time Schedule (MTS) and STS revisions and updates,

  • Support the CMS Planner in the generation of periodic CMS reports,

  • Provide schedule, weighting and progress inputs and updates as required by the CMS Planner,

  • Develop all site schedule reports including schedule status, critical path and look-ahead,

  • Generate schedule analysis identifying subcontractor delays, critical paths, recovery plans and acceleration schedules,

  • Monitor target schedule assumptions (quantities) and ensure approval from the Lead Site Planner or Project Planner for target schedules data prior to revision,

  • Maintain a database for all schedule data and periodic updates,

  • Responsible for site progress communication by means of a dedicated project blog continuously updated with photos of construction site activities.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Certified Engineer or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge/experience),

  • Sound knowledge of Power Plant principles and complex projects experience,

  • Significant site experience in Power Plant construction and engineering,

  • Significant hands-on experience with Primavera Project Planner and similar software,

  • Planning experience of at least one fully executed power plant construction project,
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
