Role Summary:
Lead the day-to-day development activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting the desired business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

Staff Build & Release Engineer will:

  • Engage with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical Architects to understand day-to-day requirements for solution delivery
  • Oversee development and delivery of committed projects to meet agreed upon time, cost and quality requirements
  • Build solutions that meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
  • Serve as initial point of escalation for any development issues and risks
  • Manage development resource performance throughout project life cycle




Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
  • 4 years experience of hands on programming work experience
  • 2 years of Management experience



Desired Characteristics:

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com technologies which includes Declarative configuration, Apex, Visualforce, CSS, Lightning, Process Builder, Workflows, APIs, etc.
  • Proven aptitude in SaaS technical architecture standards, policies, frameworks, concepts and best practices
  • Knowledge of end-to-end development process
  • Strong ownership and drive to deliver products
  • Excellent communicator
