Role Summary: Lead the day-to-day development activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting the desired business objectives.
Staff Build & Release Engineer will:
Engage with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical Architects to understand day-to-day requirements for solution delivery
Oversee development and delivery of committed projects to meet agreed upon time, cost and quality requirements
Build solutions that meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
Serve as initial point of escalation for any development issues and risks
Manage development resource performance throughout project life cycle
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
4 years experience of hands on programming work experience
2 years of Management experience
Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com technologies which includes Declarative configuration, Apex, Visualforce, CSS, Lightning, Process Builder, Workflows, APIs, etc.
Proven aptitude in SaaS technical architecture standards, policies, frameworks, concepts and best practices
Knowledge of end-to-end development process
Strong ownership and drive to deliver products
