-Merkur Project requires having
all technical and formal communication through the Aconnex system.
-The management of the system
shall be the main responsibility of the Communication and Documentation
-Send, receive and distribute
internally all the communications to/from Employer
-Control of what information and
documentation has been shared so far in the project and is going to be shared.
-Coordinate with the technical
experts, support functions and work package manager of the project the creation
of the contractual agreed documentation (DDS)
-Preparation and Control of the
Documentation Packages that have to be prepared for fullfil the German BSH
regulations of project Execution.
-Establish 3 month look ahead
of docs to be send as per the contract
-Interact closely with Project
Director andContract Manager to understand
the importance levels of the individual documentation packages, communications
-Establish priorities to
documentation packages according to contractual obligations
-Understand German local regulations
-Understand German applicable law
-Coordinate Documentation to be prepared for German BSH obligations
