Essential Responsibilities: • Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability • Lead responsibility for financial supports of the local operations, including one manufacturing site at Baodi and two service shops in Tianjin and Shenzhen • Lead the financial planning and estimating cycle • Coordinate on internal and external audits and ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across the operations, drive controllership awareness and processes through operations teams and ensures finance compliance • Ensure the accounting and tax practice of the company are in compliance with statutory and management requirements • Ensure SOX compliance and GE policies are followed • Develop and track productivity, inventory and capital expenditure metrics • Partner with the site leadership team to develop and execute improvement action plans • Produce and distribute actual results, as well as analyze and investigate variances • Provide leadership to plant finance team • Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor degree. FMP grad, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA certificate will be a plus • At least 5 years of experience in a variety of Finance positions with 2 additional years of experience as a finance controllership or leadership role • Strong analytical, management and presentation skills • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility to adapt to changing business challenges • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese • Able to work on strict deadlines and under pressure • Work independently, positively with self-orientation
