Role Summary: Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.
Essential Responsibilities: *Responsibility of directing GE Bently Nevada customer relationship with accounts in assigned sales territory in China. *Exploring and creating sales opportunities where GE Bently Nevada systems are successfully expanded and promoted. *Positioning GE Bently Nevada as the customer’s best resource for information about the condition and behavior of plant assets. *Developing business partner relationships using a Win/Win approach in managing the sales territory. *Engagement with OTR team to ensure flawless execution of projects. *Responsible for projects with defined scope, personal involvement in closing large projects. *Drive business growth and customer relationship promotion thru Enterprise –Selling solutions, *Closely working with other GE and GE Energy segment being a team to achieve cross-selling / synergy growth.
Qualifications/Requirements: *Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, strong knowledge of the electrical power industry, oil&gas,metal industry including turbine, compressor or power plant equipment / machinery manufacturing and maintenance knowledge. *Minimum of 5 years working experience in Oil&Gas/Power/Iron&Steel *Demonstrate consistently high levels of performance in all areas of responsibilities in the past. *Customer centricity with result-oriented mindset. *Proactive work style with strong drive to achieve results. *Ability to develop approaches to meet required objectives. *Ability to develop relationship at all levels of customer organization. *Willing to travel on short notice.
Desired Characteristics: · Working experience with design institute (Oil&Gas or Power) and EPC customers is preferred. ·Working experience of software and digital solution is preferred. · Strong interpersonal and leadership skills · Integrative team working style · Strong oral and written communication skills
