Role Summary: Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.
Essential Responsibilities: - Manage the sales of pressure product line in North China region including pressure sensors, calibrators, controller and ADTS etc. Grow the business sustainably to achieve the target of company. - Manage the key aviation accounts in the region. - Follow projects independently, manage the whole process of a project including inquiry, quotation, negotiation, contract etc. - Understand the products, applications and technologies of GE pressure products in aviation segments, provide competitive products or solutions to meet customers’ request. - Develop and manage the distributors in the regions including business plan, pipeline management, conflict management and technical support. - Organize customer’s events to promote GE products. Support marketing programs, strategies and New Product promotion.
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above in aviation, process control, Automation or Instrumentation. - Above 5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the sales of pressure instrument experience in Aviation segment. - Background of similar products experience or segment experience would be advantage. - Results-oriented, good communication, be motivator, self-starter and dedicated team player. Can work and perform well under pressure. - Good English communication skill in both oral and written English.
