Role Summary:
Reporting to the Power Digital Execution Leader, the Implementation Leader will be responsible for the execution of Power Digital solutions projects. The Implementation leader will work closely with the Solutions Architect & Solution Integrator during project scope definition, execution, start-up and handover to customer.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Implementation Leader is also the main point of contact for customer during all project implementation and interacts with all providers, contractors and PS contract leaders for proposals and purchasing.
  • Responsible for project management.
  • Main Customer communication point of contact
  • Build project planning, chedule and staffing.
  • Responsible for project finantials: budget definition
    and execution
  • Responsible for project risk management
  • Responsible for project communication rhythm.
  • Lead all project meetings.
  • Track all project activities..
  • Connect with solutions integrator and solutions
    architect on scope definition.
  • Work closely with solutions integrator on project
  • Responsible for services and materials quotations.
  • Jointly with Compos and Legal define and review
  • Verify that PO scope covers all project requirements
  • Meet regularly with project stakeholders to review
    project progress
  • Lead Kick-off and post go-live review.
  • Connect with Services to confirm technical definition
    of project scope
  • Track record of deviations and put in place
    mitigation plans
  • Report and track project on Global project Portfolio
    Management tool.
  • Weekly deliver project progress update
  • Merge installation schedule on outage schedule to
    ensure coordination
  • Connect with Country Manager and Central Contract
    Manager to place all required Purchase Orders.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems,
    Computer Science, Software Engineering or
    Engineering from an accredited University
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering results
    in client facing service delivery roles
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and
    managing large, complex and multinational projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience
    leading large, complex and multicultural professional
    teams Minimum of 5 years experience working with
    project management methodologies.
  • Certified on Project Management (PMO or similar)
  • Experience on Power Generation projects
  • Experience on software implementation projects
  • Experience leading installation teams of different
  • Proficiency on Project Management software tools
  • Experience on administrating and executing Project
  • Experience on leading project communication and
  • Familiar with quotation evaluation and purchasing
  • Familiar with purchasing T&C’s.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, influence,
    negotiate and successfully deliver results on project
  • Highly organized and a good multi-tasker working
    well under pressure from multiple matrixed angles
  • Experience with delivering commercial platforms for
    industrial business in energy markets
  • Experience with plant operations and management
    systems, trading & risk management systems or
    energy market systems
  • Outstanding program management & leadership
  • Passionate about driving change / influence across
    cross functions, organizations and enterprises
  • Green belt certified
  • Experience on maintenance & operation of power
  • Excellent business / financial skills
  • Familiar with GE internal software tools
  • Excellent problem detecting and solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of PS financial tools &
  • Strong communication with ability to explain
    complex technical challenges in a simple manner
