Role Summary: This position is the key lead responsible in driving analytics, and partnering with the business leaders in driving their operational rhythms. In this role, the FP&A analyst will partner with the regional and HQ finance team controllership team to drive a consolidated view of TMS financials for Asia, and driving the regional KPI (cash, convertibility, profitability).
Essential Responsibilities: - Build FP&A process at TMS level, coordinating between the P&Ls and drive the operating rhythm. This includes weekly QMIs, Quarterly Operating Week reviews, SII, OP Plan, and other “deep-dive” reviews.
- Drive regional KPIs including but not limited to cash, profitability, orders, convertibility, base cost.
- Partner Global Operations Finance and COE teams to drive greater stability and processes efficiency, leveraging available system and data warehouse tools.
- Partner to business leaders and region finance to support on growth initiatives.
- Serve as a “Change Agent” by influencing, communicating & institutionalizing a culture of simplification & standardization within finance and across relevant functions at touch-points.
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a financial position
