Role Summary:
As part of the materials and process team the Materials and Process Development Engineer will be responsible for managing development activities, supporting production and working on new technology introduction (NTI) projects related to composite and material technology.

In this role you will need to work with the wider engineering team to review and develop potential methods process and materials for the next generation turbo prop.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work with external organizations on collaborative programmes.
• Provide regular updates to project teams
• Support other team members
• Support production and engineering requests
• Encourage and maintain a safe work environment
• Promote customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relationships



Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/ college or a diploma/GED with manufacturing / engineering experience or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Composite and material manufacturing knowledge and familiarity with materials and equipment that is relevant to the function is essential
