Role Summary: As a charismatic leader, your role will be to lead the Subsea EPC Projects Commercial Operations COE with a primary focus on EMEA regions, plus oversight to the global subsea EPC deals.

As an experienced and reputable leader and strong effective negotiator, you’ll lead your team by outlining winning strategies, motivating and demonstrating a will to win. Your expertise in project execution, in commercial terms and conditions, and/or in Subsea technical solution will enable you to make expedient and telling decisions.
Your expertise in project execution, in commercial terms and conditions, and/or in Subsea technical solution will enable you to make expedient and telling decisions. Your responsibilities will be, and not limited to the following:
Demonstrating a role model position in compliance, quality and EHS standards and ensuring that this is effectively communicated and demonstrated behaviors by the team
Effectively managing internal commercial team and indirect support, with a focus on team motivation, development, and establishing a natural succession plan,
Responsible for SPS orders, and as won margin for the EMEA regions.
Manage the EMEA EPC SPS Orders OP plan engaging sales, regions and key accounts to deliver on the plan.
Offer Global support on all major EPC project support where region may be lacking in certain capabilities
Responsible for the forecast management (translating financial pacing into slot management)
Own the SPS commercial operational proposal process, including development of deal strategies (in conjunction with the sales team, key accounts and regional teams), proposal generation, deal approval process (DOR), as well as advance releases and hand-over processes.
Create and maintain and utilize clear bench marking of costs across the product range to highlight any potential deficiencies in our cost generation.
Actively support market benchmark pricing, being aware of the competition strengths and weaknesses and differentiating strategies.
Lead tender deal reviews/ bid to win approvals in accordance with underlying delegation of authority
Provide hands-on leadership for critical deals, and support regional teams
Manage and improve regional operating metrics, such as productivity, proposal throughput/ yield, cost accuracy, or cycle time measures
Drive the horizontal capability across the SPS business on our tender management process and our tender documents to create differentiating proposals.

Master’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Business or other technical or business related field or equivalent knowledge and experience, or extensive years of relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, risk or marketing
Extensive years of leadership experience in sales, commercial operations, or OTR (Order to Remittance).
