Role Summary: The Business Development Manager will play an important role on formulating the business strategy, the origination, execution of strategic partnerships.
Essential Responsibilities: The Business Development Manager will actively support the Business leaders in all steps associated with the business growth: formulation of the business strategies, preparation of business inorganic game boards, origination and execution of M & A (Mergers and Acquisitions) transactions and strategic partnerships.
As the Business Development Manager, you will: • Be responsible for preparation of industry and business strategic reviews • Identify potential partners • Prepare Agreement/DOW with Potential partners • Support deal-related activities: • Identification of opportunities • Formulation of strategic rationale • Business valuations • Identification and quantification of transaction-related synergies • Due-diligence • Integration planning • Negotiation of deal-related legal documentation • Be responsible for project management and coordination of internal, counter-party teams and external advisors / experts
Qualifications/Requirements: • BSME/BSEE or equivalent is the essential; • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate business development, / corporate finance / investment banking, or strategic consultancy • Customer focused: Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skill; • Affluent knowledge of commercial, finance, legal and related regulations and law; • Proficiency in English and in computer application skills;
Desired Characteristics: • Prior exposure to Power Generation industries • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously lead / support several projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • A good teamwork leader in a dynamic, energetic and complex environment, equipped with quick learning capability and well ownership; • Be self-motivated and able to work under high pressure and constraint time, committed and process oriented; • Ability to work multiple project simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team;
