Role Summary: As part of the Operations & Strategy leadership team at GE Oil & Gas Digital, you will be responsible for driving integration best practices across our key specialist functions of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management in order to meet aggressive growth targets.
Essential Responsibilities: This includes the achievement of unity of effort among the major functional specialists and involves handling the non-routine, un-programmed problems that arise among the traditional functions as each strives to do its own job.
As our new Director, Integration Management you will:
Design and deploy a set of processes spanning Lead to Cash that align to an agreed to set of design principles.
Collaborate with executives to ensure strategic plans are defined and business objectives are delivered.
Ensure successful delivery of projects leveraging project management fundamentals including work planning, budgeting, scope containment and risk mitigation.
Provide hands on project execution support including requirements definition, design, issue resolution, quality assurance and procedures documentation.
Manage projects including status reporting and program management across multiple projects while providing management with transparency in tracking project costs and budgets.
Lead and participate in corporate development initiatives including acquisition integrations, divestitures and due diligence reviews.
Coordinate with support team to identify opportunities to increase operating efficiencies and profitability as well as implementation of best practices and process improvements in key business areas.
Identify resource requirements to complete projects and mobilize required resources as needed whether sourced from internal or external sources.
Manage and lead teams including business analysts, configuration and reporting specialists as well as consulting resources as needed
BA or BS in business, engineering, or finance from an accredited university.
7+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or project management.

MBA degree (or equivalent)
Experience executing complex strategic initiatives focused on technology, software, and digital industrial business
Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively across industries, cultures, and company structures
Excellent communication and presentation skills; dynamic (persuasive) in presenting ideas to clients and prospective clients from VP to C-level; comfortable being able to quickly join the client leadership team and immediately add value
Self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment, tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited direction
Strong interpersonal skills as a team leader and team player with experience managing and training other consultants a plus
