Role Summary: As part of the global operations & strategy team, you will be part of a team responsible for accelerating the growth of the GE Oil & Gas digital business and help assess and evaluate select inorganic growth opportunities including potential joint ventures, investments, and possible acquisitions.
Essential Responsibilities: As our new Staff Business Operations Engineer - Corporate Development, you will:
Analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscape
Analyze company SEC filings, wall street research, and market reports
Prepare reports for senior management and keep the management team abreast on strategic planning processes
Participate on teams evaluating select M&A opportunities in collaboration with GE Oil & Gas BD as well as GE Digital’s BD team.
Identify, research, and analyze potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments
Perform acquisition valuation and due diligence
Special projects as assigned in connection with Oil & Gas Digital corporate goals and strategy.
