Role Summary: The Contract Specialist Leader demonstrates leadership in delivering to business goals, programs, and processes while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will utilize your experience, expertise and proactive momentum to lead a team of contract specialists to generate culture change environment. You are responsible for continuous process improvement to further enhance team productivity and new initiative adaptation.
Essential Responsibilities: *Act as a focal point of contact for Aviation Japan Oracle Fusion MSO operation. You are responsible to ensure productive ERP operation thru communication with team members as well as internal/external ERP support team. *Work closely with Japan Aviation MSO Leadership team to ensure the team is fulfilling profitability, quality & compliance metrics. *Monitor existing and future workload and ensure even workload distribution among team members while enhancing overall team capability and capacity. This includes establishing a solid team performance tracking process. *Provide timely counseling to direct reports to guide improving their performance and value. *Propose, establish and schedule Oracle Fusion and other necessary training curriculums for Japan Aviation MSO users.
Qualifications/Requirements: *Strong domain knowledge and experience in Aviation Japan MSO ERP systems and ITO/OTR processes. ITO/ITR processes include RGA/RMA process. *Solid understanding on finance operation process and rhythm. *Proven leadership and problem solving skills in a matrix organization *Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. *Strong ability to execute negotiation with GE/non-GE domestic and overseas vendors and/or manufactures. *Business level English and native level Japanese are essential.
Desired Characteristics: *Bachelor degree, or 5 years plus experience in technical administration and analysis. *Lean Six Sigma green belt (GE employees only). *Sales and/or customer interface experience. *Strong MS Office skill.
