Role Summary: The Disbursements and Reporting Process Leader – NAM/LATAM will be responsible for regional process leadership for external payments and bank reporting. The Disbursements Leader will establish and run the disbursement and bank reporting process for NAM and LATAM ensuring process execution, controllership and resiliency around the process while ensuring cost and efficiency KPIs are met.
Essential Responsibilities: The Disbursement Leader will be responsible for running the regional disbursement and bank reporting processes. They will work across the Enterprise Standard process teams to drive integration and process improvement. They will also partner with the Controls Design Lead and Digital Cash lead to design the most optimal process controls and digitize both the process and controls. The Disbursement Leader will work with the global process leader to establish requirements and metrics and then partner with each Global Operations Lead to ensure to ensure the regional process execution aligns to the overall process.
The Disbursements Leader will also be responsible for the following:
Establish the global payment process for disbursements, ensuring integration with key upstream and downstream processes, establishing a control view against maturity model, a business continuity model for payments, etc.
Drive compliance within the process and ensure process controls are in place and continuously improved based on the payments environment.
Drive strong performance management in the team, establishing global KPIs and measurements against.
Drive transparency to the payment process enabling visibility to business metrics and transaction status to ensure transparency in the payment process.
Ensure transparency and resolution to payment fraud incidents and operational findings ensuring controls are reassessed continuously.
Partner externally with banks and vendors to drive continuous outside in perspective on the payment process, aligning to industry standards and transformation opportunities.
Develop strong working relationships across the other Enterprise Standard processes to ensure understanding of each process as well as integration points.
Partner with the Change and Integration leader to ensure appropriate ERP and Bank integration to support the payment process.
Partner with the Payment PMOs to ensure new capabilities are on boarded onto the payments process with clear service offering definition and baseline KPIs.
