Role Summary: The Change and Integration Team Leader will be responsible for running the global integration of payments and bank reporting. The Change and Integration Team Leader will partner with ERP and Enterprise Standard leaders to integrate payments and bank reporting into a centralized infrastructure and process. The role will partner with strategic bank partners to ensure contemporary payment and bank reporting capabilities are leveraged and integrated into the process and infrastructure.
Essential Responsibilities: The Change and Integration Team Leader will be responsible for establishing and running a program to integrate 100% of GE payments and bank reporting through centralized infrastructure. The Leader will partner with the business process owners to design the most optimal integration to meet their process and controls requirements. They will also be responsible for managing the integration expectations and roadmap with ERP and ES owners.
The Change and Integration Team Leader will also be responsible for the following:
Establish an overall framework for ERP and ES integration for payments and bank reporting processes.
Drive the execution roadmap for 100% payment and bank reporting integration into the centralized infrastructure ensuring all processes leverage certified channels.
Partner with business process leaders for payments and bank reporting to ensure the most contemporary infrastructure is leveraged.
Partner with ES and ERP owners to set a shared roadmap aligned to target metrics and process maturity.
Drive an integrated approach with the Digital Cash Leader to ensure the most efficient and automated process for payments and bank reporting.
Drive strong performance management in the team, establishing global KPIs and measurements against.
Drive transparency across the infrastructure ensuring transparency to payments and bank reporting status and metrics.
Partner externally with banks and vendors to drive continuous outside in perspective.
Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in treasury management, business operations, banking operations or financial system / ERP integration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience running a business process or integration process with ERPs, Banks, etc.

Master's degree preferred.
