Role Summary:
South Africa Service Commercial / ITO Manager
Purpose of the Job
• Develop and generate new business opportunities (new offers such as Asset Management, monitoring, Proximity business as well as new customers)
• Pilot Innovation Growth levers across it’s area
• Deploy Service strategy into profitable growth actions
• drives Market assessment & Order Intake budget preparation for its area
• Deliver orders quarterly as per plan

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Commercial: Identify new opportunities in current & new segments Clear Role of “Hunting” with new accounts to develop pipeline leveraging available resources in unit, region & PL. Achieve order intake plan per quarter.
2. Tendering: Ensure OTD of tenders with support of Supplying units & local unit resources. Local Management of budgetary offers.
3. Innovation: Implement Innovative actions to develop the business.
4. Business Plan: defines, develops & updates regularly the strategy to develop business in its area

Desired Characteristics:
Educational Requirements
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering + MBA or Business Development degree
Fluent in English
Specific Knowledge:
Service Offering & GRID product in order to be able to present the Full GRID SER Portfolio
Business understanding:
Knowledge of domestic and international environment required to support a matrix organization
Experience
Minimum 5 Years of Commercial & Marketing experience within an international environment
Business Development experience within a major Industrial Company
Strong technical knowledge/ Expertise of AG Products and Service: PTR, GIS, CBR, PEA – Capable to represent the full portfolio
Management of a business stream with expected revenues of at least 10% Incremental annually
