Role Summary: This position will be responsible for the program management of the iSave program.
Provides support for the iSave Program Manager to manage the wing to wing process for reporting global indirect sourcing savings
Lead and conduct iSave training/support for the Global Indirect Sourcing team
Provides customer support to assist with various tools and processes related to indirect sourcing savings
Ensure accuracy for all savings reporting by business, commodity and region
Assist in leading quarterly business reporting
Become expert on Analytics tools (Zycus iSave, Spotfire, etc.)
Support Data Governance and that the Standard Operating Procedure is being followed
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College (Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, etc.)
3+ years experience in a Sourcing Operations role
2+ years experience in an analytics setting
2+ years experience working with software applications for data analysis and presentations (i.e. MS Access, Excel, Powerpoint, SQL, etc.)
2+ years experience running & creating reports in an analytical tool or in a business intelligence setting
Excellent Analytics skills
Experience working with large (>1 million rows) using vast arrays of data (30+ sources) to generate best in class intelligence
