Essential Responsibilities: • Support HR Engagement Initiatives across employee populations • Identify and drive opportunities for systems simplification and digitization • Partner with Teaming Champions to coordinate site wide communication initiatives • Support and lead internship engagement efforts across the site • Coordinate on site campus visits with external schools and tertiary education bodies
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Business/HR/Psychology/Marketing/Finance/Statistics/Sciences/Engineering/ etc. • GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 overall • Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative • Hunger to win, accountable, learner, authentic, giver, agile, judgment, connector. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills • This vacancy is ONLY for citizens/PR.
