Role Summary: You will partner with Communications, Marketing & Commercial teams to deliver an enhanced online experience that generates incremental pipeline, nurtures prospective opportunities through to active deals, and provides engaging experiences for existing customers that drive retention. This position will have high expectations and a requirement to deliver complete business solutions that are tracked against KPIs to measure success and shape future investment.
Lead technology strategy and implementation for the Account-Based Marketing channel, driving new, best-in-class approaches that improve the online experience for our Key Accounts and for sales-identified customers in active sales opportunities
Partner with the digital content team to drive innovative and measurable content personalization initiatives that improve our customer’s online experience
Grow and operationalize the A/B testing strategy, developing campaigns that provide statistically relevant insights and drive increased conversions and engagement
Own and optimize the digital technology stack for personalization and A/B testing, including the evaluation of new tools and technologies
Collaborate directly with customers and sales for feedback to further shape our online presence
Partner with architecture/operations teams to ensure maximum scalability, reliability, and security of digital solutions
Support global digital campaigns that drive key business initiatives
Partner with business and analytics teams to ensure all programs are directly connected to business goals and customer needs, defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) upfront and measuring against those
Manage total cost of ownership (i.e. budgets, contracts) associated with program(s) or initiatives
Manage agencies & project team resources to deliver solutions
Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in leading technical, customer-facing programs OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in leading technical, customer-facing programs.

Ability and willingness to travel, as required
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Atlanta, GA
Demonstrated experience in managing external resources to design & implement technology solutions
Demonstrated experience with web development, including responsive design methodologies
Strong analytics/statistical background
Familiarity with Web Personalization Technology & A/B Testing
Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices
Demonstrates knowledge of the competitive environment
Demonstrates knowledge of technologies in the market to help make buy vs build recommendations, scope MVPs, and to drive market timing decisions
Identifies misalignments with goals, objectives, and work direction against the organizational strategy. Makes suggestions to course correct
Continuously measures deliverables of self and team against scheduled commitments. Effectively balances different, competing objectives
