Role Summary: Responsible for the management, HSE, Service Delivery, Planning/Coordinating of Field Services team for ESP Installation, troubleshooting, monitoring and product liability.
Essential Responsibilities: Managing all field service related activity including but not limited to - HSE; Ensuring all activities to meet the GE's & Customer's HSE policiy and standard while continue actively promoting the safety culture in work environment. - Service delivery; Provide technical and managerial skills to deliver the Services to continue exceed GE's standard and Customer's expectation. - Competency; Ensure all of the Field Services team to have proper training and continue to develop their skills, competency, and expertise. - Personnel planning; Managing the schedule for the Team to maintain proper Business flow. - Monitoring & continues improvement; Actively supervise, review,give insight and continuously improve the field service operation to increase the efficiency
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and at least 3 years in similar function
Minimum 475 TOEFL score
