Essential Responsibilities: * Develop market growth strategy, identify and select opportunities, conduct initial due diligence and lead the development of a winning value proposition * In coordination with the regional teams, lead early engagement activities with customer’s on presenting and aligning products to customer specifications and requirements * Support direct sales and channel partners during customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations * Help to lead New Product Integration (NPI’s) into the market * Present product white papers at respective trade shows, industry, press events and other relevant thought leadership forums * Develop and actively manage relationships with direct and indirect sales team to ensure orders growth * Maintain a close relationship with our customers, industry and government stakeholders, helping to unveil concerns, trends, expectations, or any other important information that can lead to a higher market penetration * Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities in the territory * Provide leadership and act as focal point for business strategic sessions to define growth opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college * At least 10 years experience in sales or business development * Deep market and industry knowledge and network * Flexibility to work in a complex organization
Desired Characteristics: * Master's degree from an accredited institution * Ability to perform financial analysis and preparing business development plans * Understanding GE products and services * Team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment * Local language proficiency * Strong oral and written and communication skills * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
