Role Summary: Sales Manager for Bently Nevada Product Company who will manage and implement sales strategies and maintain customer relationship for the Power vertical and drive growth with key power customers in the region.
Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for the account targets from Orders, Sales, Convertible Orders , margins and cash - Responsible for the account strategy with short and long terms plans and vision - Leads business development planning processes for this market. - Be a team player coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc. who are involved in big sales. - Set the account growth Play book understanding market challenges and how to be well positioned to grow - Be technically competent on products and solutions (hardware, Software, services) - To spend quality time on sites with customers , for site serveries and gap analysis
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering. Minimum of 8 additional years of experience in Account Sales. - Must have experience on Vibration systems and regional experience with power sector - Ability to travel about 50% of the time - Strong presentation and communication skills - Capable to accommodate the job stress and the sales commitment - Fluent English
