Role Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for providing wing to wing recruitment support and consultation to assigned client groups. You will drive sourcing for key talent segments. You will interface with business leaders, and deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles and attract passive talent. You will also provide market intelligence to drive key talent outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities: Manage recruiting activity, predominantly external hires Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in fulfilling recruiting in a wing to wing recruitment process Effectively prioritize workload and priorities Manage specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volume and slate/pipeline development Manage passive candidate sourcing strategy & pipelines using various methods Build talent communities to support pipelines Proactively research new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies Share best practices with team and stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated recruiting experience in a corporate, agency or executive search firm environment
Desired Characteristics: Prior corporate or search firm based recruiting experience in the energy industry, particularly Gas, Services and/or Steam Experience recruiting for supply chain, engineering, technical, project management or commercial talent preferred. Demonstrated creative talent sourcing and pipe-lining experience Prior experience partnering and executing diversity recruiting strategies Prior experience leading projects to improve processes or acting as an SME in a talent acquisition field Strong business acumen Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills; builds trust. Proactive communication skills, written and verbal Attention to detail Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering outcomes
