Delivering technical support in equipments, in full charge of solving the mechanical problems of all equipments and collaborating to reparation and maintenance on electrics
Register and manage all of the partial equipments for production, create operation and maintenance regulation, maintenance and heavy repairing plan etc, documents, and organize to execute them.
Depending on the device status formulate corresponding TPM maintenance documents, and can be completed on time
According to inventory, preparing equipment and spare parts procurement plan
Register, manage and maintenance the special equipments that need to be monitored by the government with EHS and QC department.
Mechanical or similar specialty, college degree or above, bachelor or above.
Having career of equipment management and maintenance in large mechanical manufacturing factory at least for 4 years; practical career of equipment maintenance at least for 3 years; knowing big mechanical manufacturing equipments, tools, and frock well.
Better ability to listen, speak, read, and write. University Fourth level。
Know well corresponding EHS regulation.
Knowing principle of mechanics，and having enough mechanical speciality knowledge
Knowing work principles of big manufacture equipments (special for CNC equipments) and structure
characteristic, familiar with mechanical structure,having stronger practical experience and operation ability
With a strong theoretical level mechanical design and strong communication skills
Knowing assets management and flow of equipments investment.
Familiar with the design of mechanical parts
Knowing flow of equipments investment
Knowing and using TPM tools, collecting relative data each month or quarter, preparing for action plan for next month or quarter
Know management model of asset and equipment
From practice, knowing equipments characteristics and all kinds of tools, frocks, consumables well
More abundant mechanical knowledge and operation skill of equipments
Better ability to associate with colleagues and leader
