Role Summary: Order Management intern has to provide support in the management of the wing to wing process for order execution of orders from order entry to release of invoice; answer phones to respond to orders & delivery status, general customer inquiries, invoice questions and end customer complaints & disputes; project a professional company image through phone interaction with end customers
Receive orders from customers and manage them in line with company policy and systems, following them to Shipment to ensure quality of service
Tracking orders in Oracle ERP system
Daily management of reporting mechanisms in cooperation with Line Manager Recommend process improvements
Build up close relationship with customers and commercial team to gain their trust and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
Current enrollment in Hungary in a degree program that will lead to a bachelors or technical degree (active student status for the following 6-12 months)
Fluent English and French language skills (both oral and written)
Experienced user of Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
Able to manage a number of different tasks and manage competing priorities
Effective time management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
