Role Summary: This role will focus on go-to-marketing strategy and execution of the USCAN Services for the Portfolio and Customer Segment; and is responsible for generating growth by enhancing the value to the overall Services portfolio and enabling customers to improve operational productivity, financial performance, and clinical quality.
Essential Responsibilities: • Segment Marketing Development and Implementation: Understanding customer’s clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought and prioritizing customer segments and business opportunities in conjunction with functional and modality leadership, leading to needs-based segmentation and Go-To-Market (GTM) plans. • Multi-Vendor Services Marketing Plan: Developing competitive marketing strategies to align with the aggressive Multi-Vendor Services business plan. • Marketing Leadership: Demonstrating Industry knowledge by staying current on the industry trends and competitive landscape for the various Customer segments and the market needs. • Sales Enablement: Delivering Sales Training (QMI), customer presentations and demonstrations, when required. • Developing insights from win/loss analysis • Driving Case Study, Abstract and Whitepaper Development • Initiating Thought Leadership Programs • Developing Account Level Marketing Strategy in partnership with commercial and field marketing teams • Leading Customer Insights Programs in collaboration with the Customer and Market Insights leader. • Driving NSI Commercial Activation, in partnership with the Field Marketing teams and manage commercial readiness rigor to ensure flawless launch and post-launch nurturing. • Working with Zone sales and marketing leadership on the allocation of promotional budget, driving the development of KPIs and tracking of spend • Collaborating with Services Zone, USCAN Commercial and Deal Hub team and Product management teams to develop and execute on marketing strategy, value proposition and solutions positioning • Identifying external resources/partners (including GE Corporate) to contribute to integrated customer solutions • Partnering with US/Can Services Sales Training team to drive zone training. • Designing and implementing Services KOL/Show and Reference Site strategy and training on process, when necessary
Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4. Responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory approval of all marketing communications prior to external release
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 2. Minimum 6 years’ experience in Product marketing (market & customer insights, product/service commercialization, thought leadership, demand generation, and branding), Product Management, and/or customer solutions. 3. Proven Healthcare service/product/industry domain knowledge and expertise 4. Ability to drive and execute growth vision and marketing strategy 5. Strong leadership and influencing skills; team oriented; able to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy 6. Excellent oral and written communications skills 7. Strong analytical and process skills 8. Willingness to travel (20%-25%)
Desired Characteristics: 1. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 2. Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding 3. Innovation – ability to develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
