Role Summary: As the Program Management Office’s Project Manager Associate you will support the end to end functional / country transitions to ensure appropriate functional activity from the home country to the HUB. Each transition will be managed using a transition methodology framework, through provision of effective and efficient project management supported by regular communications, with clear objectives, timelines and deliverables and management of risk factors associated with project implementation.
Essential Responsibilities: You will support the onboarding and demand management processes of the center as well as provide after go-live project management support for various projects.
Work with the Portfolio Managers, Migration Leaders and Project Managers by providing program level project monitoring support, helping with various migration project management and tracking activities, as well as tollgate approval related tasks.
Support the Portfolio Managers to ensure project documentation is complete and stored in the relevant locations.
Participate in the resource management process by tracking the pitchers and catchers information on a project level.
Help with the induction week PMO training as well organize re-fresher catcher trainings on process documentation for upcoming projects.
Manage the framework around the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) / Desktop Procedures (DTP) (relevant training materials) to support the transition of each countries systems / processes and support the PM to coordinate Training and Work Shadowing.
Support the PMs by taking over after go live project management tasks for projects assigned to them.
Own project management tasks for add-on activities and scope.
Consolidate and operationalize project management lessons learnt.
Participate in updating the PMO visual management board
University degree, fresh graduate or significant experience in Project management
Ability to work in a complex environment
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
Flexibility to handle new information and unexpected circumstances as they occur
Keen on follow up and attention to details
Good communication skills
Experience in finance and customer services environment, transitions is an advantage
Exposure and understanding of major ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is an advantage
