Role Summary: Responsible for defining the strategy, standards, and implementation of tools and processes for EPM Hyperion Shared Services Security & Compliance in the areas of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), ISO, and CBI (Critical Business Information).
Ensure security standards are established and followed (e.g. – SoD, 2FA, LDAP, AD, HPA, HSS, SAPM, IDM, etc.)
Acts as the primary contact for all EPM Application Owners within Global Ops at Corporate and each supported Shared Services Business Unit to educate, promote standards, and to ensure alignment with our overall EPM Security & Compliance strategy.
Engage and lead cross functional planning and project activities associated with EPM Security & Compliance.
Ensure SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance for Corporate Hyperion Finance Applications (e.g. – establish clear & concise controls, work with internal auditors, etc.).
Understands, promotes and adheres to security and SOX compliance policies and processes
Promote the company culture by encouraging open communication, teamwork and living of the GE Beliefs
Proactively drive the prioritization and resource planning of IT work to support business objectives and key initiatives for FP&A.
Build strong relationships with Business & IT teams to ensure effective support operations and drive simplification of business processes.
Participate in the preparation of long-range systems plans and assure that they align with business objectives and goals
Identify major areas of improvement and drive results ensuring they are on time and to appropriate quality standards
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed IT action plans
Ensure compliance to system architecture, methods, standards, practices and participate in their creation
Develop peer, cross-functional and cross-GE Business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness.
Keep abreast with the new tools and technologies as well as other advancements made in the security realm.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years working with system analysis, design & supporting enterprise platforms.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the areas of SOX, IT, Security and Technology.

Strong knowledge of EPM systems, financial systems, financial cycles and processes
Extensive knowledge of Support Central, Service Now, IDM, SAPM, etc.
Knowledge of other Financial Systems (i.e. - Oracle Financials, OBIEE, ODI, Hyperion, Planning, Essbase, etc.)
Proven experience in onshore and offshore team management
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
Self-starter; requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities.
