Essential Responsibilities: - Prepare booking and any ad hoc adjustments required by manager, meeting monthly closing timeline with high quality - Prepare assigned account reconciliation independently and in a timely manner - Be focal contact for own ledgers or process, actively and collaboratively communicate with business and different counterparties to answer business inquiries can clear open items - Support ledger owners on daily operations and respond actively - Assist ledger owners and accounting managers for internal and external financial audits
Qualifications/Requirements: - University graduate with major in finance or accounting - Minimum 2 years’ work experience in GL, AR, AP or bank - Good at Microsoft Office skill, including Excel and Powerpoint - Fluent in English, both written and speaking - Ability to communicate effectively - Willingness to take challenges and ability to adapt to changing environment - Good team player, self-motivated and is able to work under pressure
