Role Summary: The tele-marketing specialist will support the IMI Marketing team of GE Healthcare helping in execution and delivery of marketing action plan through direct customer call tools. This role will work in different market targets involving all GE Healthcare modalities (Imaging, US, LCS, IT, Service) providing services for all the marketing campaign and initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Implement proactive call schedule to increase sales growth Support Sales and Service Sales team on maximizing sales opportunities
Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts and/or marketing campaigns.
Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information and ensure consistency of sales program
Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns, qualifying leads and maximize incremental revenue
Maintains database by entering, verifying, qualifying and backing up data.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational product training
Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs
Track call outcomes and opportunities through designated tracking process and/or customer relationship management tools
Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules and assigned actions to local sales and service teams
Train other telemarketers when required
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers
Support GEHC events execution
Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

Some experience telemarketing a plus (lead generation preferred)
Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Data organization management skills

Proficiency in relevant computer applications

Results-driven and willing to work on commission basis
Demonstrated process-driven orientation and execution focus.
