Role Summary: Will be a member of the Grid Service Digitization team leading all Grid Service Commercial Inquiry to Order process and ITO application platform programs. The position is responsible for operation excellence & critical business processes; partnering with business leaders to define a strong business case for Commercial Inquiry to Order digitized tool solutions & process automation; having full responsibility for developing and executing Multi-Generational Program Plans to meet the business needs.
Essential Responsibilities: In collaboration with the Commercial leadership of the Service business, the role will:
Drive ITO productivity, measured as Order Intake per Commercial headcount, and growth, as enabled through digitized solutions.
Be responsible for overall program management: Planning, Program Review meetings, Budget update, Support, and Development
Define business case, including quantified benefits with stakeholders (i.e. operational leadership, key users, and product owners)
Participate in Program MGPP (Multi-Generational Program Plan) planning
Lead Business Requirement collection
Support Digitization leader in ITO Process development/enhancement and process automation including ITO to OTR handoff
Coordinate programs with IT Program Manager
Direct contracted resources as applicable
Ensure that new releases meet all requirements through clear specifications and aligned user acceptance testing
Develop training material and provide training to end users
Organize post release support
Consolidate issues and partner with IT to resolve
Manage change requests
Promote tool usage
Support of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) automation
Drive solution adoption and benefit realization
Gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Communication with stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
Some years of experience in the Energy industry
Proven years of relevant and progressive experience in the field of Commercial, Sales, or Comm-Ops to address business needs of ITO digitization
PLEASE NOTE: The United Kingdom is the preferred location, however other Grid Solutions European locations may be considered.
