Role Summary: We are looking for an engaged, open-minded and well-motivated Human Resources summer intern, to support several Compensation & Benefits related projects. This paid internship will provide you with insights into corporate Human Resources, with a specific focus on regional Compensation & Benefits matters.
Conduct Pay and benefits data analysis.
Support the development, implementation and utilization of the (internal) Compensation & Benefits website.
Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in progress.
GPA of 3.0 or higher (unofficial transcript should be available upon request).
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with web technologies.

You must be available full-time/part-time in the period June-August 2017.
Degree concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration with HR specialisation, or a related discipline.
Independent problem solver, analytical, communicates well.
Prior internship or work experience in an office environment.
Knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment law.
Prior project coordination experience.
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues and devise solutions.
Able to execute, work well independently or with a group.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and planning skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work on (and manage) multiple projects simultaneously.
