Essential Responsibilities: • Support Capital bank account management process migration in Asia and ensure smooth transition and sound daily operations with integrity • Responsible for determining the right solution from a business request for either disbursement or receivables activity (i.e. open a new account, leverage an existing account, adding services, etc) • Execute & manage the Bank documentation process for account opening /modification /closure/ signature change/services setup (including EBTPS etc.) for the region • Coordinate with business teams , SSC team , and banking partners to ensure smooth execution of account services request • Maintain repository of documentation requirements for various service setup with banking partners across the region • Partner with banking team to ensure legal agreements / documents have been reviewed and approved by the respective teams • Partner with capital team to setup standard account management & service setup documentation • Maintain KPIs for the bank administration process • Partner with Treasury process leaders to ensure standardization of process across the globe • Support cash and bank related simplification projects • Ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance • Keep high standard of business integrity • Responsible, prudent, hardworking and can pay attention to details • Good command in both written and oral Japanese, fluent English and Mandarin • Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint • 1-3 years experiences in Treasury related operation preferred • Strong process execution and customer service mindset • Strong interpersonal skills, can-do-attitude / self-starter • Good organizational and prioritization skills • Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure • Can accept OT and business travel with remote distance
