Role Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager- Healthcare Digital, this key leadership position will be responsible for driving and implementing strategy by leading teams of Program Managers, Project Managers, System Integration Specialists, Applications Specialists and contractors within Greater China.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Managing up to 10+ Software Implementation Engineers, Applications and Systems Integration Engineers within the function.
• Accountability for the design and implementation of projects to a high-level of customer satisfaction and meeting contractual and company performance standards. With full responsibility for the sales P&L to achieve quarterly and annual sales, cost of sales and inventory targets.
• Select, train and develop direct reports to optimize effectiveness and co-ordinate the team for proper execution of the business goals. By setting high standards, introducing best practice and experimenting with new methods, continue to improve the performance of the business and in doing so making GE HCIT delivery a differentiator versus competition.
• Manage contractors and suppliers as necessary to deliver projects and work seamlessly across many teams, including Sales, Service, OTR, Finance and China ITPS teams to enable a smooth business operation. Take personal responsibility for resolving installation problems, escalating when necessary.
• As one of the senior business leaders in the China team, help set the business growth strategy and drive through execution. Take responsibility for senior-level relationships, with a focus on major projects and act as an ambassador for the organisation, building GE’s position as a thought-leader in the sector
• Continually assess team competency to ensure alignment with current customer needs.
• Support the sales team, personally with major sales opportunities, and also with pricing and pre-sales applications and project support.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience of managing multiple complex and large IT implementations
• ITIL accreditation
• PMI /Prince 2
• QMS trained / accredited
• Demonstrable leadership ability
• Able to build customer relationships at senior-levels
• IT degree or similar level of qualification
• Advanced project management qualification (such as PRINCE 2)
• Contract management experience
• Proven leadership skills and experience of driving change and transformation to support business strategy and goals
• Ability to create innovative solutions to resolve complex issues within the area

Desired Characteristics:
• ITIL Expert or equivalent qualification
• Industry-level expertise in IT deployment
• Healthcare Digital sector experience
• Quality Management System – proven ability to design, build and deploy to a predictable quality.
• Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
• Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
