Role Summary: Drive GGO strategic marketing team efforts in analyzing markets of equipment and services in O&G, Power and other industries related to GE portfolio and converting the analysis into company growth strategy in the RUCIS region
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Lead market sizing and go-to-market strategy development activities for O&G, Power, Grid, Transportation and Healthcare industries in RUCIS region 2. Lead in the creation of key documents for the RUCIS and global GE leadership team: executive presentations and briefing books 3. Study macro-economic and industrial trends, analyze customer and competitor businesses. Integrate market intelligence into impactful insights and growth ideas 4. Coordinate cross-business projects to promote GE Store and facilitate cooperation between GE businesses. Develop top-level business cases including organic and inorganic growth opportunities, e.g. localization 5. Engage in productive dialogue with HQ marketing teams, help to facilitate fact-based discussions regarding RUCIS business positioning, markets evolution, and macroeconomic/industry trends 6. Manage and maintain market data quality: identify gaps, push for improvement & track changes 7. Manage marketing data sources by keeping contracts up to date
Qualifications/Requirements: • MSc in engineering/economics preferred • 5 or more years of region-specific experience in O&G/Power or marketing/consulting areas • Engineering experience in primary production or manufacturing industry would be a plus • Fluent English
