Role Summary:
The Aftermarket Parts and Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) Leader will be responsible for complete strategy and execution of flow parts and MRO. This strategy includes developing strategy that globally grows parts and MRO sales in all regions. Additionally, the role will have overall responsibility for developing processes for ITO and OTR of parts and MRO valves transactions.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Aftermarket Parts & MRO Leader you will:

  • Set vision, develop strategy, established metrics and drive all key parts and MRO valves fulfilment KPIs / metrics to meet defined customer expectations in ITO and OTR fulfilment
  • Constantly explore his / her supported customers’ needs and expectations, drive delivery accountability and external focus
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with all regions, be a part of the regional operating and communication rhythms
  • Interface with aftermarket sites to meet fulfilment needs for orders and meet quarterly sales, cash, margin and OTD / quote cycle targets,
  • Interface with Materials Management, Sourcing, Sourcing Quality and Pricing to ensure proper cost, inventory, lead times, pricing and supplier selections are in place
  • Drive fulfilment process cross functionally to support customer delivery expectations (including Engineering, Sourcing, Pricing, Shipping, Factories, Commercial and Field Teams)
  • Ensure seamless OTR execution at all aftermarket sites for full accountability of customers’ orders and on time delivery. This includes ensuring Project and Aftermarket factories for parts and MRO valves are optimized to meet required lead times for aftermarket customers
  • Voice of customer for escalations relating to orders
  • Coordinate all quality efforts related to Parts and MRO Fulfilment, support resolution of CIRs raised, drive continuous improvements, manage RMAs and other quality related complaints and defects
  • Drive a culture of change, lead systems and process integrations efforts & initiatives for continuous improvements
  • Drive proactive parts forecast / planning for all product line parts and MRO valves

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, sales, project management or customer support / services

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, as required

  • Experience leading and/or involvement in large-scale projects / programs

  • Experience in leading an operation with P&L responsibilities
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong organizational and strategic operating skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on market and client trends – go beyond the status quo
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and drive for results
