Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Metrics Disputes Analyst, you will:
Work closely with Digital Solutions Customer Care, Projects, and Service functions and Working Capital Solutions collection team to drive the closure of disputed invoices through cross functional influence and leadership
Perform analysis of opened disputes and perform root causes analyses for repeat issues
Create and maintain reports on disputed invoice volume, trending of open balance, and trending of disputes opened by type
Make recommendations to reduce dispute to leadership and drive actions to close
Create and maintain reports for key KPIs for the Digital Solutions Commercial Operations & Customer Care organizations
Develop automated KPI dashboard
Develop an incentive plan from these key KPIs with input from key stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to utilize analytics to forecast pipeline for projects & flow orders and convertible orders
Utilize dashboard to measure effectiveness of customer care and commercial operations organization
Translate analytics to business recommendations, and drive actions on recommendations to continuously improve the organization
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution and minimum 4 years of customer service, field services, and/or supply chain experience)
Strong analytical skills
Advanced Excel user
Experience with Tableau or other data analytics and visualization software
Expert in SAP & Oracle reporting and queries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong orientation towards process improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Proven ERP (SAP or Oracle) proficiency
