Role Summary: Focus on process optimization, training delivery and development for PLM system implementation and driving projects/process improvement to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate systems to enable the Digital Thread. Improve training delivery process to reduce learning curve and speed user adoption. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Lead Business Process Management Specialist, you will:
Lead PLM training improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance and competency
Coordinate closely with the functional leaders and subject matter experts to define and deliver dynamic process driven training and Quality documentation
Develop new training and process solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB level
Specify needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
Deliver products as part of a team
Work on cross functional teams
Lead training and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
Establish PLM and MBE Certification program for engineers on the blue printed process
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (OR high school diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution and minimum 9 years of experience in Process Improvement)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Improvement
Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time, as required
Minimum 5 years of experience in eLearning development
Experience in qualification/certification program development
Experience in Oil & Gas field and strong understanding about Oil & Gas products and industry practices
Ability to define role based competencies and define required training
Experience in interactive media design
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational ability
