Role Summary: As the Online Customer Education Leader for the MR product range you provide the technical expertise for our customer base. You will develop online training, communications, promotion in the community, review clinical queries and delivering demonstrations. • Lead GE CARES program in his/her area by conducting high quality Clinical Education online training & troubleshooting sessions to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipments, maximising image quality and productivity • Pro-actively escalate customer issues and needs to the relevant level in the organization • Define and Run « Live Expert Session » (webinars) for radiographers. Organize them with key opinion Leaders • Develop content (videos, presentations, webinars), lead, prioritize & structure the content development for his/her modality • Moderate the users’ community of his/her modality and lead one or several online users’ groups, promote and engage customers. • Generate Leads on Installed Base (mainly through flextrial & Remote training) by working with the Sales team to identify customers’ needs and promote options and upgrades • Train customer on-site at least once a month to keep expertise • Apply all procedures requested by Clinical Education management (Coordination process, training preparation, Field Visit Report, Debrief, Customer Feedback Survey etc.) • When requested, provide support for congresses, road shows, exhibitions, and user meetings
• Radiographer degree, or equivalent • Ability to travel and be at customer sites 20 to 30% of the working time (annual average) • Fluent in English • Practical experience in at least one major Medical Imaging Modality (MR preferred) • Teaching skills or teaching experience • Familiar with technology • Presentation skills
