Role Summary: Delivers clinical and operational performance improvement engagements for healthcare provider clients.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Serve as a professional representative of GEHC in all public and client settings. 2. Establish credibility and develop relationships with mid-level client managers. 3. Plan and complete high quality engagement deliverables on time and on budget. 4. Independently collect, validate, and analyze data to support engagement objectives. 5. Prepare and deliver succinct, clear, and insightful executive-level presentations. 6. Proactively identify client needs and assist in developing solutions. 7. Facilitate effective, cross-functional working sessions with clients and GE stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. 1. Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience in consulting, healthcare, or performance improvement. 2. Skilled in the application of statistical analysis to transactional processes. 3. Computer skills in presentation and spreadsheet software applications. 4. Prior lean, process improvement, project management, and/or consulting experience. 5. Ability to travel 75%. 6. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Desired Characteristics: 1. Master’s degree. 2. Prior clinical or administrative healthcare experience. 3. Strong written and oral communication skills. 4. Demonstrated experience solving enterprise wide issues within the healthcare industry. 5. Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills. 6. Six Sigma Black Belt certified (GE employees). 7. Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations. 8. Ability to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs.
