Role Summary:
This Service Center intern serves as the primary contact between the customer and GEHC Service Support. Service Center intern is a face of GE Healthcare to our highly valued customers.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming calls and log the problem in the system according to contractual requirements
  • Manage systems breakdown till completion
  • Drive customer notification
  • Escalate customer issues as required.
  • Manage completion of Preventative Maintenance for all core equipment with the field and customers
  • Ensure completion of all field modifications within prescribed timeframe
  • escalation of problematic cases according to our procedures
  • data base maintenance
  • the performance of multiple office tasks

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Experience in a Customer service role
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Skills to work under time pressure

    Desired Characteristics:
  • Ability to Work independently with minimum direction
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
