Role Summary: The Customer Fulfillment Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work directly with customers and internal teams to take and process orders, handle customer questions, and prioritize orders in collaboration with the planning and manufacturing teams.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Customer Fulfillment Coordinator you will:
Serve as primary point of contact for internal customers (sales and operations), both field and HQ, and GE facilities for OTR (Order to Remittance) issues relating to total order processing
Understand all customer special requirements and communicate to those responsible for accurate and complete fulfillment
Strive to meet all customer request dates and reduce processing cycles
Represent customers in production meetings and communicates status to the customer
Provide factory/sourcing commitments for all orders and inquiries including short cycle demands
Be responsible for warranty administration including prevention and identification of potential claims and management of actual claims
Ensure accuracy of documentation – including packing list, commercial invoices, and sales invoices
Support export activities to contribute to the effective fulfillment of terms and conditions of all international orders
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer service role, including 2 years of experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Knowledge of the Order to Remittance processes and inventory management techniques
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
Knowledge of customer service operations and external customer requirements
Prior experience preparing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate detailed documentation necessary for contract performance
Ability to perform forecasting, scheduling, pricing, warranty administration, and other related activity
Sound business acumen – able to make good decisions and judgments and drive successful outcomes
PC proficiency including Microsoft Office
Fluent in the Spanish language (speak, read, write)
