Essential Responsibilities: • Translation of Customer Correspondence, Letters, Meeting Minutes, and Other documentation as needed • Support Project Handover (R5 process) - Gather and prepare all documentation associated with Project Handover Checklist and upload to Pnet Folders as defined in Checklist • Post Customer & Project Documentation to Project Net As Needed Coordination • Work with PM and Shenyang Factory on delivery schedule and follow up with Shenyang Sourcing/ Logistics team • Documentation Coordination to satisfy contractual deliverables (note this also includes addressing gaps identified in current process) • Get requests from PM & site on project purchase needs, Request Oracle POR /ECB in system, Coordinate with Buyer on PO cut and follow up until the goods or services is delivered and then ask for final payment settlement with supporting documents. • Work with Finance team to update Customer Billing & Collection tracker for PM information • Coordination & Scheduling of Customer Training, logistic arrangement with training center • Assist PM with Gathering Necessary Information to Support: Monthly Customer Progress Reports, Project Reviews, and EAC Reviews • Other - Assist PM(s) on an As Need Basis
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor or above degree from Engineering majors; • At least 2 yrs project execution experience; • Good written and oral English; • Good communication & coordination skills
