The Anesthesia Product Manager will be responsible of product marketing for the GE Anesthesia product line and Monitoring solutions' accessories in Italy, Israel and Malta, working closely with the Sales force to ensure Orders, Sales and Margin target achievements.
Ensure Orders, Sales and Margin target achievements
Deploy marketing initiatives and Sales Force training in order to maximize Sales funnel
Take the commercial lead for Strategic deals
Provide accurate estimate (current quarter / total year) of Market Volume and Market Share
Lead competitive intelligence on competitors (messaging, positioning, pricing)
Downstream Global Product Marketing plan, customizing it to the owned market
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Qualifications/Requirements: • Master's o Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Biomedical Engineering or Marketing • Strong experience, preferred in both Sales and Marketing roles • Knowledge of healthcare market • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Fluent in Italian and English • EU Work Permit
Experience: preferred in both Sales and Product Management roles
Healthcare market experience: preferred specific knowledge of Operating Room
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and/or sales force
Team oriented – ability work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
