Role Summary:
The Payments and Reporting Infrastructure Leader will be responsible for process leadership and establishing a contemporary payments and bank reporting infrastructure. The Leader will partner with the Payment and Bank Reporting Process Leaders, the Global Operations Treasury Leads, IT and the Banks ensuring contemporary infrastructure and process execution.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Payments and Reporting Infrastructure Leader will be responsible for ensuring the payments and bank reporting infrastructure is resilient and contemporary. The company is centralizing all payments and bank reporting into a central infrastructure so this role is critical to ensure the company’s payments and bank reporting are securely and efficiently managed. The Leader will partner with the business process owners to ensure the infrastructure meets the process needs.

The Payments and Reporting Infrastructure Leader will also be responsible for the following:
  • Establish global enterprise processes and controls to manage the infrastructure starting at the payment process initiation in the ERP thru reconciliation.
  • Partner with the Global Ops Treasury team for process execution ensuring a clear process and metrics to meet the service offering.
  • Partner with business process leaders for payments and bank reporting to ensure the most contemporary infrastructure is leveraged.
  • Drive strong performance management in the team, establishing global KPIs and measurements against.
  • Drive transparency across the infrastructure ensuring transparency to payments and bank reporting status and metrics.
  • Partner externally with banks and vendors to drive contemporary infrastructure to support the payments and bank reporting operations.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in treasury management, business operations, banking operations or financial system / ERP integration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience running a business process or integration process with ERPs, Banks, etc.
  • Eligibility Requirements:

    Desired Characteristics:
  • Master's degree preferred.
