Role Summary:
As the Sales Enablement Leader, you will be reporting to the Head of Global Commercial Strategy for Renewable Digital Solutions. You will provide Sales Enablement and training strategy/guidance to our sales teams and channel partners. You will develop the strategy for field productivity and readiness from new hire training programs, to accreditation programs and more.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

As the Sales Enablement Leader, you will work closely with
product marketing, product management, solution architects and other key groups
to build out the necessary content and programs. You will work with our
regional teams to determine the needs of the fields and build out the
supporting programs. In addition, you
will:

  • Design, plan, and implement sales training programs such as;
    New Hire On-boarding; Soft Skills Programs; Sales Accreditation Programs;
    On-Line Curriculum's; Mobile Learning
  • Conduct training to the sales team and enable others – train
    the trainer.
  • Direct and oversee an organization's sales training programs
    to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force
  • Research new training techniques and suggests enhancements
    to existing training programs, and drive the creation and use of a value
    calculator
  • Contract with vendors for employee participation in outside
    training programs
  • Conduct initial needs analysis to determine knowledge gaps
    and training needs
  • Work with senior sales managers to develop training programs
    to maximize the sales team's revenue potential
  • Develop programs for new product launches and acquisitions
  • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
    accomplish goals
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices,
    and procedures
  • Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's
    products, services and sales techniques
  • Work cross-functionally to determine training needs, design
    proposed solutions, and develop programs to meet the expressed needs



Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting sales
    methodology, competitive positioning, negotiation training to account
    executives and sales managers in corporate environment

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will
    not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this
    job opening.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30%+ of the time


Desired Characteristics:

  • Deep understanding of enterprise software SaaS, PaaS and
    outcome based models
  • Experience working in the Energy sector, preferably
    Renewable Energy
  • Hands-on modeling and spreadsheet skills
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude
  • Experience explaining and implementing sales methodologies
    in global settings
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, teaching,
    facilitating and writing skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills required
  • Project management skills essential
  • Ability to function independently in a multi-task
    environment, and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, motivational and energetic in training
    approach and style
  • Ability to role play a variety of situations
  • Global experience in a fast growth company
  • Master's Degree or MBA
