Role Summary: This role is part of the operations staff within the USCAN Imaging Clinical Education and Training organization. The candidate will provide logistics support for our customer’s attending HQ applications training.
Essential Responsibilities: • Process HQ registrations and send confirmation letters • Manage HQ class training backlog by validating entitlements and tracking expiration dates • Answer customer inquiries regarding training (phone and email) • Work with local hotels to make accommodations for lodging • Track airline flights and reconcile T&L expenses • Make arrangements for shuttle transportation to and from the hotel; prepare Limo rooster schedule • Prepare weekly registration and hotel forecast reports • File student records and prepare student summary reports • Obtain and distribute student badges • Support customer survey process • Create course folders for instructors and post close procedure • Update shared calendars • Update website with new courses and schedules • Prepare additional reports as needed • Answer or redirect customer calls from the 800# • Update customer facing documentation as needed
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Previous administration experience. 2. Strong customer service and communication skills. 3. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. 4. Experience running reports and maintaining spreadsheets. 5. Proficiency using Microsoft office tools.
Desired Characteristics: 1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. Previous travel administration or planning. 3. Strong business acumen, familiarity with OTR, Project Management, and financial processes. 4. Demonstrated problem solving skills and relentless desire to provide exceptional customer service. 5. Experience working in eOM, TFS, Filemaker, and PMIS. 6. Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
