Role Summary: This role is part of the operations staff within the USCAN Imaging Clinical Education and Training organization. The Training Data Analyst with prepare operations reports used by Zone Managers and Modality Clinical Education Managers to drive performance.
Essential Responsibilities: Currently, there are many reports being prepared to support the USCAN Imaging Training organization. The successful candidate will work toward simplifying and automating these reports by understanding who is using the reports, and what action is expected as a result of the content. The person will work closely with the IT Project Leader to transition manual reports to the Predix platform. 1. Initially, produce all existing reports following the current SOPs and distribute. 2. Utilize Lean processes to 5S each report. 3. Identify what actions should be taken as a result of the reports and monitor adherence. 4. Analyze wing to wing training delivery process, identify visibility gaps, and create new reports/metrics to eliminate gaps.
Qualifications/Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience in process improvement or data analysis. (Thinking we change this to Bachelors degree or equivalent, defined as high school diploma or GED and 5 years’ equivalent experience in process improvement or data analysis). 2. 3 years’ experience in an analyst role, operations, finance, or relevant function. 3.Previous experience extracting data from Cognos, OBIEE, and CRM. 4.Strong Excel, Access, and SQL skills. 5.Demonstrated problem solving skills and relentless desire to improve processes. 6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7.Strong influencing skills. 8.Motivated team player and self-starter; results oriented. 9.Able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast paced environment with attention to rapid customer response times.
Desired Characteristics: 1. Strong business acumen, familiarity with OTR, Project Management, and financial processes. 2. Experience leading people or teams. 3. Experience working in TFS, eOM, GLProd, CRM, and PMIS. 4. Experience creating visual management for transactional processes. 5. Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive change. 6. Masters Degree 7. 5+ Years in an analyst role, operations, finance, or relevant function.
